Who are Worldpay?
Worldpay are the online payment provider we use for taking payments through the site. Owned by The Royal Bank of Scotland, they are extremely reputable, one of the most established specialists for secure online payments. If you have concerns about the security of online payments please click here.
Worldpay Failure
If you have received an email from Worldpay regarding your subscription failing this is likely to be for one of the following reasons:
In order for the billing to go through and your premium membership to continue, please update your card details in the Worldpay system. (Because Worldpay are a separate company and their service is set up to protect the customer, we don't see your Worldpay account details or card details, nor can we amend them for you.)
You can login to your Worldpay account to update the card details using the link below:

If you've forgotten your Worldpay username / password (which Worldpay emailed to you when you first subscribed), please use their 'forgotten password' link, entering your email address and the Agreement ID: (please refer to your email from Worldpay for your Agreement ID).
Once logged in please follow their steps to update the card details, then all should be okay.
Cancelling your Subscription
You can cancel the subscription at any time by logging into your Worldpay account and follosing the steps to cancel the agreement. Alternatively, you can email us through the site or call on 020 7700 0474. If you email please give us your full name and email address to enable us to quickly process the cancellation.
