Duncan has been with Casting Call Pro since January 2007. He writes plays in his spare time and has been on writing courses at the Royal Court Theatre and the West Yorkshire Playhouse.

His other interests include ghosts, Queens Park Rangers and the works of Louis be Bernieres.

A graduate of the Central School of Speech and Drama's MA in Creative Producing programme, Maria has extensive experience with the performing arts, ranging from tour and venue management to producing award-winning theatre at the BAC. She has also managed bands on tour, headed the advertising department of two magazines, and worked as Assistant Development Producer at the Chichester Festival Theatre.

Maria contributes to the continual growth of Casting Call Pro and manages all things casting related.

Before Casting Call Pro was a twinkle in his eye, Simon, 36, was the Online Services Support Manager for Production Base, where, for 4 years, he managed a customer support team and worked closely with both crew and production companies to ensure the smooth running of the UK's leading recruitment site for TV & film. Prior to Production Base he worked for a literary agent and a film production company. In 2004, together with Chris, he set up Casting Call Pro.

The techie of the group, Chris has spent the last ten years developing online recruitment websites, with a particular focus on the Theatre and Film & TV industry.

Now surprised to be 32, he lives in North London and when not tinkering away on the system you can often find him on the South Bank complaining about the prohibitive price of theatre tickets.
